One hundred thousand girls are missing out on school due to period poverty; it averages to 10 wks per year of education that they miss out on.

They miss out on their peers' opportunities, and the end game is they are penalised or discriminated against for it.

At Hey Flo, we are giving it a go in helping those girls out and giving them a chance they so much deserve and have earned.

We are standing with Vicki Scott.

Vicki Scott spent 25 years advocating for vulnerable women in the justice system and founded Crimson to provide a platform for raising awareness of and eliminating period poverty.  They will deliver donated tampons to vulnerable women and girls organisations, including Auckland City Mission, Awhina House Womens' Shelter and Te Tuinga Whanau, Tamapahore Kura.
